First, a quick chat with HR to see if it's a fit. Then, an in-office interview with some test questions on programming basics, operating systems, and data structures/algorithms. Finally, a Skype call with the team I'd be joining, where they asked about my background and career goals. The team lead was really nice and gave a general overview of the work.
