They had at least four phases, but I didn't make it past 3. It started with phone screenings, then multiple assessments (like 4 or more), followed by a face-to-face interview. The last phase was a chronological in-depth structured interview. Their scoring was way too rigid given how urgently they needed to fill the spot. They don't consider prior experience at this stage.

I applied online for a full time position. The process took a month. I got a call from HR saying that I am a right person for this role. I had one telephonic round after a week and later on skype interview with the manager. The interview went well and after an interview the manager told me that she is ready to move further with me to work in the team. Later on HR emailed me and told that they are going to hire me, but as a contractor and not for full time. I was comfortable with that also and wanted to move further with the process. HR person told me to wait for the paperwork and vendor will call you for that. Again I waited for a week and suddenly HR called me and told that the position is cancelled and the project got on hold due to some budget issue. I was pissed off by this thing and got frustrated because I already waited so long and was wholly dependent on this job. Its better not to start the interview process with this company. and don't even apply for any positions.

I had phone interviews with HR, then the hiring manager. Then I took a personality test. After some weird follow-ups from their recruiter, I had a 3-hour CIDS panel interview. I already had another offer when I got to the panel, and let them know. They said they liked me and would make a competitive offer. That was 5 months ago, and I haven't heard anything back. Super unprofessional to spend 3 hours on an interview and then ghost me.

It's a pretty thorough process, like what you'd expect from good companies, and maybe a bit longer than you'd like as a job seeker. It usually kicks off with a quick chat, then moves to in-person meetings (though that changed during the pandemic). It's good that you get to chat with people at different levels, so you can really get a feel for the business.
