So first there was a phone screen, then I talked to the Manufacturing Supervisor over the phone. After that, I had an in-person interview with three people: the HR manager, the Manufacturing Manager, and the Manufacturing Supervisor. Then they gave me an offer.

For the first 6 months, the employee is on probation and can be terminated if performance is unsatisfactory, with no legal repercussions. However, the company offers good and honest interviews, and there's a high chance of getting an opportunity.
