Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crane Aerospace & Electronics.
Intern
It was a phone screen with basic behavioral questions. Just learn how to answer simple behavioral questions and you should be fine. From what I heard there is only one round of behavioral questions
- Describe a situation where you had to collaborate within a team.
Intern
The interview process was good. Many people reach out and communicate with you to help you understand the role you have applied for. The panel interview was interesting, not many technical questions just a lot of personal questions to get to know you.
- Can you share an instance where you led a group and describe your actions?
Intern
The process is online and phone, then in person. You'll meet with HR and your future supervisor. You'll find out the next steps in February and can expect an offer in March. Study up about the company and its structure, and be knowledgeable about what you do in your major. Lab skills are a plus. Be a genuine person; they don't hire smart robots, they want people.
- What do you know about this company?
- What do you do in your major?
- Do you have lab skills?
