Strategic Sourcing Analyst
The whole process took about a month. I got through all the rounds. The HR Talent Head, Prafula, had a general chat with me, asked for some details and my salary expectations. I asked for confirmation on all rounds, and he said I passed and would get back to me the next day about the HR discussion. My recruiter, Priya Mukund, then told me I'd be getting the offer since no one else was in the running and I had 4/4 ratings from all panels. After that, everyone went silent. I had to follow up multiple times for feedback, and eventually, I was told my profile was put on hold without a clear reason. It's a terrible situation, and they shouldn't play with people's emotions, especially when they're already dealing with job loss.

Applied online and heard back from a recruiter after two weeks. The hiring process was pretty fast. It started with an HR phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, and the third round involved meeting two team members. I felt good about how the interviews went because the recruiter gave me positive feedback. However, after meeting with the team members, I was totally ghosted. I sent a few follow-up emails, but got no response. I've heard about this happening, but experiencing it firsthand is rough. A simple email saying they chose someone else or the role was filled would have been appreciated, but I got nothing. It actually made me appreciate my current job more, and I'm glad it didn't work out. My application still says 'In Process' after all this time, which is pretty wild but not surprising given their Glassdoor reviews - they seem really disorganized.

Senior Vertical Marketing Program Manager
My recruiter call went great, but then I was passed to the hiring manager. I knew I lacked experience in this industry, so I researched the hiring manager and found she also didn't have industry experience before this company. The hiring manager was sick and had cameras off during the interview. I tried to connect my skills to the industry, but the interview was too quick, and I couldn't give any campaign examples. I later got an email saying they weren't moving forward.

Software Developer
It was a diversity hiring drive at our university, so only female candidates were considered. After that, there were three stages: an online test, a technical interview, and an HR interview.
