The recruiter seemed rude and unconcerned with personal needs, only focused on getting me hired. I heard that OTR (Over-The-Road) with them is scary. The lack of home time concerned me because I have a daughter; even 2 weeks on and a day off would be okay, but they stated 2-3 weeks, and reviews mention it can sometimes be up to 5 weeks with no home time, which scared me away from finishing the orientation.

The interview process was pretty standard and relaxed. I felt like I might like working here. I'm not sure why I need to write 30 words when I don't really have much of an opinion yet since I was just hired. So I can't really help anyone with opinions because I don't have any real experience with the company. The training was good though. I got my CDL in ten days and now have a 9-month contracted position. So I got training and a job. Which is great! As for the company itself, again, I don't know.

You'll go through the Salt Lake City driving school. It's a lot about your mindset and how driven you are to get through it. Find a friend who's on the same wavelength to finish the program with. They can be your study buddy, driving partner for phase 2, and someone to help you stay sane.
