It's a three interview process. First, you'll chat with a recruiter, who are really nice and helpful. Then, you'll have a conversation with someone in a consulting role. This is mainly to see if you're a good fit for the company and to learn about the culture. The last and most challenging interview is with the CEO via Skype. He's a great guy and mostly just wants to get to know you, so be yourself and relax. He might ask some tricky brain teaser questions. I recommend connecting with a CPSG consultant on LinkedIn beforehand; people are happy to share information about the company, which is super helpful when interviewers ask what you know.

I went through two phone interviews and withdrew after the second. My experience was extremely positive, particularly with Stephanie, who was incredibly kind. Even though I decided not to move forward, the overall process was great, and I definitely recommend interviewing here.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty simple. I had a phone call first that was behavioral. Then a second interview with situational questions, like 'tell me about a time you were a leader'. My last interview is this week and it's supposed to be more brain teasers and behavioral questions.
