I interviewed with the store manager and owner of the franchise location just one time. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward and appropriate for the repair technician role, mostly focusing on customer service scenarios and some basic mobile device hardware and software tech questions. I was hired on the spot after about 30-40 minutes. After that, I got my uniform, completed the standard hiring paperwork, received my work schedule, and was added to the Google Drive share and told to download Glide for employee communication.

It was mostly about general knowledge over repairs history. They wanted to know what phones you've experience with repair and what type of repair you are familiar with. They were very thorough with questions about history over experience in repair, looking for mostly iPhone specific repairs and some Galaxy devices. They also asked if you were able to do any repairs the first day you come in.
