The interview was in-person and they were really flexible with scheduling, especially since I had to ask for a different date than the one they first proposed because of a conflict. The environment felt welcoming. I also had to prepare and deliver a presentation as part of the process.

Applied online with a CV and cover letter, then had an in-person interview about 1.5 weeks later. There were no online tests or Hirevues. The interview involved a 2-slide presentation about myself and my skills, followed by a team-based activity, and then a group panel interview with three managers.

The interview process had three rounds. First, there was an online meeting about 30-45 minutes long discussing the role fit, salary expectations, and the company profile. Then, I had an onsite behavioral and technical interview that lasted about 2.5 hours, followed by a 30-minute visit to the R&D facility. Finally, after some negotiation meetings with HR and the hiring manager, I got the offer letter.

I applied for a job twice and was interviewed both times. The first time, I was rejected, likely because I was overqualified, but they suggested I apply again. About a month later, I applied for a similar, higher-level job. The interview seemed to go well, but this time I was rejected for lack of experience. Seeing another similar job advertised again, I didn't apply because I felt they didn't know what they wanted and had wasted enough of my time with several long, detailed online interviews.
