I went through two interviews and it seemed positive. I really wanted the job. The job was reposted so I applied again and was rejected again. Not sure why they keep reposting without hiring someone. The recruiter reached out, I did a screen interview with her, then interviewed with the accounting manager. She seemed to really like me. Then I got a rejection email about a week later. I'll keep applying since they tell me to keep trying if I see job postings.

The hiring process was really smooth and quick, and I got to meet a bunch of different people across the company, which was great. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had. I met with five people in total, and it was awesome hearing their different takes on things, their expertise, and their vision for the company. They were super open about everything, and it seemed like everyone, from the long-timers to the new folks, was genuinely happy with their job. Everyone was really friendly, and I enjoyed the whole thing.
