It was a multi-stage process that moved along well. The HR and leadership teams were proactive and responsive. There were 6 one-on-one conversations and a final panel interview that included a pitch/case study. The conversations felt transparent and genuine, focusing on a mutual fit. It was a respectful process.

The whole thing took about 5-6 weeks to complete. There were three rounds in total. The first was with the HRBP, then came a case study, and finally, the HR Manager interviewed me. It was a well-organized and smooth process, and the team was really supportive the whole way through.
