The HR person was nice, but the interviewers for data migration were really harsh. It felt like they were just there to grill me and make me feel bad. They should learn to be more human instead of acting like robots asking questions.

First there was a phone screening, then a recruiter call by phone, followed by 3 online tests: a 75-minute technical test, a personality test with no time limit, and a timed aptitude test (diagrams, logic puzzles, and verbal exercises). After that, there were 2 in-person interviews on site and a final debrief call with HR.

So I had this interview at a tech company, for a software engineering gig. First, I chatted with a recruiter on the phone, they asked about my background, my experience, and why I wanted the job. Then, I got to a technical interview where I had to do some coding problems in a shared editor. The person interviewing me was pretty cool and actually gave me some pointers when I was stuck. After that, it was a behavioral interview, where they wanted to know about projects I've done, how I deal with deadlines, and how I am in a team. It was a pretty thorough and organized process, and I got a good feel for what the company is like and what they expect.
