Senior Associate
It was a good experience, the overall experience was thoughtful. It comprised of a few rounds including HR, managerial and then a final round with a Head of Dept. The further it went, the more difficult it became.
- Why should I hire you?
Associate
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It lasted the entire day and had about 3-4 stages. First, there was an HR round, then an aptitude test that covered basic Excel skills. After that, a manager round, and finally a technical round which was more like a logical thinking test.

It started with the initial hr round then logical reasoning online test which was fine after that operations round.
