I had a phone interview first, then a screening interview to check if I had the skills needed for the role. After that, I had an interview with sales managers and the sales director, which was less intimidating than it sounds because it was a chance to ask them questions and understand their vision. The interviews were mostly situational, using the STAR method.

Behavioral Group

The interview process started with a group interview with all the sales managers. They seemed friendly, but it felt like an act. After that, they delayed for a few weeks before making an offer. Interestingly, the job title they offered was Marketing Assistant, not what I initially applied for. The role turned out to be much less challenging than I expected, and during my time there, they discouraged new ideas and process improvements.
