I talked to a few managers for the first interview. It seemed to go okay, and the hiring manager said the recruiter would reach out with an assessment. I sent a thank you note to the managers the next day. I never heard back with a thank you or any acknowledgment. I followed up with the hiring manager about a week later for an update, but got no response. They completely ghosted me, and I absolutely would not recommend this company because they lack professionalism and respect. If this is how they treat you during the interview process, it says a lot about how they'd treat you as an employee. Don't go near this place.

I had a call with the Atlanta office that I felt went really well. Then I went into the interview for Account Executive and I ended up going in for a second interview for Digital Project Manager but no one told me until I arrived what job I was now going for. My invite even said "Account Executive". Needless to say I was disorganized and caught off guard a lot of the time. I'm glad I got a rejection letter which was the only thing that I can say was nice about the experience. The HR at least has some sort of courtesy. The process was long, they had a quiz that they categorized me in a bracket and tried to guess how I am as an employee, and the last interview almost took two weeks to set up.

We had several site visits to meet the whole Management Team. The first interview was with the two managers I would work for. The second interview was with other Account Executives and managers. The third interview was with a psychologist.
