A temp company recruited me. I had a short initial phone interview with the recruiter. Then, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and got a tour of the lab. They asked pretty standard questions, nothing too hard, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a good experience!

The first interview was a standard HR phone call and it went well. The second interview was with Quality Management, and it was pretty intense, like a drill sergeant. I didn't have much experience in some of the skills they asked about. It was hard to hear them because of background noise and they were using speakerphone. It would have been better if we had met in person.

I applied online on the company's website. About a week after that, I had a phone chat with HR. They set up a follow-up phone chat for the next week with both the interim manager and the new manager. They sounded really enthusiastic. Normal work hours run from 7am to 7pm.
