it was a very short and well designed interview process, the first impression was good and I got a good phone screening. This lead to an in person interview with the hiring manager. I had to contact the hiring manager directly because I did not get anywhere when submitting my resume online. You should find someone who can get you to the right person.

I first spoke with a recruiter, then had a phone chat with the hiring manager. After that, I had a lunch interview with the hiring manager too. Then I went in for interviews with about 5 different people. A few weeks after that, I had dinner with the hiring manager and another employee. The interviews were pretty casual, mostly behavioral questions. The whole thing took a really long time, maybe because they were having trouble getting the budget approved or weren't sure what they were really looking for. I thought I would get hired, but I didn't.
