I applied via an alum contact. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an on-site interview in Mansfield, MA. The interviewers were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the staff at Covidien were extremely helpful. I interviewed with three people on the Project Engineering Team. Most questions were about my past experience and projects. They asked for my ideas on process improvement for the UDI project.

HR reached out for a phone call, then I spoke with the hiring manager for a bit. It took about a month to hear back after that. Then, I went in for an on-site with three folks from the company. Got the offer a week later.

A friend told me about this place and gave me a contact. I sent my resume and got called in for a senior role. I went to their campus and did four interviews, one with the director, but none of them were technical. They made me wait all day and I could hear yelling from a conference room, which made me think this might not be the right place. The questions were pretty basic given my experience.
