The entire hiring process was quite demanding and tough, but it ended up being really worthwhile. I was impressed with how professional the recruiters and hiring manager were. The logistics were handled really well, especially since I had to fly in from another country for the in-person interviews in Prague. The interview rounds themselves were challenging but also quite engaging and enjoyable. Ultimately, the result of the whole experience was very satisfying.

The interview process with Covidien was pretty standard for most mid-to-large companies. First, you get screened by an HR talent acquisition person, then you meet with the hiring manager, and finally, you have a meeting with upper management in the hiring department.
