First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Coventry Health Care.
Business Analyst
I went to an on-site job fair and had two immediate in-person interviews, one with the manager of the department I was hired into, and another with a senior HR manager. The job fair was organized well, although I might have gotten lucky because I registered early. After the fair, I got several phone calls from HR screeners, and then I had a conference call interview with my hiring manager about two weeks after the job fair. Everyone seemed really nice and excited about the work, but it was weird that no one could tell me what project I'd be working on. I also didn't get to meet or talk to anyone on my potential team. If I could do it again, I'd definitely push to meet the team. It turns out my team lead and the PM didn't get along, and the first few months were tough (then the team lead got fired, and things improved).

Business Analyst
I was asked to meet with the department manager for about an hour. It seemed like a good place to work, but I ultimately declined because I received a better job offer elsewhere.
