The whole interview was a two-step process. First interview consists of you answering simple and easy questions: Do you have sales/customer service experience? Why do you want to be a recruiter? Why did you leave your last position? Are you okay making 75-100 calls a day? They're mainly trying to see if they can stand to sit next to you on a daily basis, and if you might fit in with the company culture. Second interview is a "Pit-Sit". You stop by for a second time and sit in the pit with everyone else. They'll show you some of the workings of the division and talk to you for a while. These are things that you will be learning if given the position anyway, so again, this is mainly to see if you are going to fit in well and if people like you. If you seem hungry enough to do what it takes to recruit and make money, and you seem to fit in with the rest of the team, you'll likely get the position.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved one phone call, followed by four in-person interviews, a 'pit sit' which I assume was some kind of presentation, and then a final interview. The whole experience felt pretty uncomfortable due to a really unprofessional atmosphere. It's a very sales-driven culture with no real regard for their employees. The staff were quite harsh and screened calls, ignored requests, and showed favoritism. I wouldn't suggest this place unless you're new to the field or really need a job.

It was a pretty standard process, with three rounds of interviews. The people were really nice, and they just want you to be yourself to see if you're a good fit. Good luck and have fun!
