I've had a lot of interviews and always get the same outcome. It was a typical interview where they asked about my experience, why I wanted the job, and my availability. I was initially excited until I heard about the location and the pay. I initially agreed but then changed my mind when they mentioned I'd have to pay for parking. Doing the math, the commute wasn't worth it, costing about $300 every two weeks. I can see why they always need people for that spot. The candidate gets the job but has to pay for it. I told the interviewer how I felt and decided not to move forward. They said to reach out if I reconsider. Companies can't figure out why no one wants to work for them when they don't pay well.

The interviews were in 3 tiers. First, a phone call, then 2 separate interviews with recruiters at the office. Everything went smoothly but be aware of attractive words they might use. Know your value and don't let them convince you it's the best position ever.

I interviewed for a UCSF position at MGA Healthcare's office in San Francisco. The interview process involved three steps: initially, I spoke with recruiters, and then I had a final interview with UCSF's managers. It was a pretty straightforward experience.
