Basically, there isn't a formal interview. They just check your academic records to decide what subjects you can teach. For example, if you took a history class, you'll probably get history-related questions if you're applying for that role. And I'm guessing your grades also matter if they accept you at all.

The application process was confusing. I tried sending documents but they weren't accepted even though I followed their instructions. I also emailed their tutor application email but never got answers to my questions about the application process. My application was rejected right away even though I was just asking for clarification about the required documents.
