I applied online in early Feb 2015 and had a phone interview about a week later. The campus manager and I exchanged emails the week before, and we talked for about 35 minutes on the phone. My campus manager was very nice and friendly during the call, it wasn't too stressful and the questions were pretty predictable. My advice is to smile when you're on the phone. The following week after the phone interview, I got an email saying I got the offer. It was a really straightforward and predictable process.

So like, first a regional manager will email you to see if you're interested in setting up an interview and you just gotta email them back a time that works for you. Then the first interview is just gonna be some basic behavioral questions and they'll ask about what you did in college. The second interview is gonna be questions about the knowledge drive and how you can help build upon that.
