I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The account manager was really nice and asked me questions to see if I could do the job. It was a good conversation because the manager helped me talk about my education, experience, and career goals.

There was a survey first and then an interview. Honestly, don't even bother applying to this place, it's the worst company and process ever. The managers are clueless about what they're doing and they care more about their own numbers than helping you out. The compensation is also terrible, it's based on how many people you manage to sign up. You're basically making less than $4.50 per hour. And when they actually decide to pay you, they come up with excuses saying you didn't sign up the person, so the intern ends up not getting paid at all. Seriously, avoid this place.

The interview had a friendly vibe and the interviewer seemed genuinely interested in getting to know you personally and professionally. They asked a few questions based on your resume, linking them to the internship's goals and what would be expected of you if hired. The interviewer was very open to answering your questions and wanted to learn more about you.
