So the interview process started with a 40 min quant and aptitude round, which was unexpected given my 8+ years of experience. Then came a 20 min behavioral round, not sure what they were probing for there. After that, an online coding round with 3 easy questions in 60 mins. The 4th round was with the manager, surprisingly it was a technical interview. It went fine. The 5th round was a technical interview focusing on Python coding and APIs. The 6th round was another technical interview covering Python coding and framework development architecture. I felt good about my answers and moved on to the Director round. The 7th round with the Director was a completely out-of-the-box discussion, totally unrelated to my resume or the job description. He just disconnected right at the time limit, no closing, nothing, felt like a time pass. The very next morning, I got a rejection email, which was a shock after 7 rounds with no proper feedback.

The interview process has 4 rounds. The first is technical, covering basic Java, Selenium, and Rest Assured. The second is also technical, focusing on hands-on skills with these technologies, along with basic Java coding and code response analysis.

Went through a written test and then two technical discussions that went pretty good. The third technical round was a joke, the meeting link was the same as the second discussion and no one joined. I emailed but got no response. A few days later, I got a rejection. It's a waste of time if you don't want to interview.
