The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a hiring manager call, and then an onsite interview with several team members. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback after the onsite, which I found to be unprofessional. However, I want to provide a helpful review for future candidates. Most interviewers focused on my past work experiences and asked about my reasons for leaving previous jobs. One interviewer's comment, 'come on, there is gotta be more to it,' was a bit unusual for me. I did have one interview specifically about product, which I enjoyed. From what I saw, the company's product culture didn't seem very strong.

I went through 8 rounds of interviews with various Senior Directors, Directors of Product Management, and Engineering. After completing all rounds and waiting for two weeks, they informed me that they saw me as a fit for a Product Manager role, not a Senior Product Manager, and that they weren't looking for a Product Manager. It was a very bad experience; if a company can't make decisions, it's better not to join them.

The interview process began with a screening, which was quite informal and allowed me to ask questions about the company culture and how they operate. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. It was also pretty relaxed, more like a chat than a formal test.
