It's a 5 to 6 step interview process, starting with a phone call review. Then, we schedule interviews with different team members and managers. We do about 2 interviews per week, so the whole thing usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. It's a long process, but everyone's super friendly.

The interview process included 2 rounds, both of which were telephonic. They inquired about the fundamentals of Performance Engineering and presented some puzzles. The interview felt quite easy and was largely based on my CV. Despite both rounds going well, there was no follow-up or feedback provided. It's disappointing that candidates aren't informed of the outcome. The pre-interview phase involved numerous calls, and post-interview, there was no response to emails. I would advise against this opportunity unless it involves a face-to-face interview.
