The first interview was really weird. It was supposed to be 30 minutes but the interviewer asked just two questions and then asked if I had any questions for them. It was over in about 6 minutes. I got to the third round where I was given a 'work sample' assignment without any prior warning. It was a 500-600 word newsletter and a 60-90 second branded video clip. This happened during a really busy workweek and the deadline was less than 48 hours. They denied my request for an extension. The workload was too much for an interview, and the short deadline without notice seemed unprofessional, so I withdrew my application.

The interview process had three distinct rounds. First up was a standard phone screening. Then, I had a Zoom interview with two folks from CSG. The final round was also a Zoom call, but this time with two different employees. They actually sent over the questions beforehand for each interview, which was super helpful for prepping. After not getting the job, I asked for feedback to help me with future applications. Sadly, I never heard back, which was a bummer because they mentioned in the rejection email that they were happy to provide it.

It was a multi-round interview process that felt like it went on forever and was a bit repetitive. It concluded with a presentation, but they didn't give us enough background info for it. The people organizing the interviews didn't seem to be on the same page. I also saw typos and grammar mistakes in the questions they sent out beforehand. I guess nobody proofread it? The company's organizational structure seemed kind of confusing. After reading other reviews, I'm actually relieved I didn't get an offer.
