I applied on their website and after two weeks, I got a call about scheduling an interview with the hiring manager, even though I hadn't spoken to anyone yet. I asked about the role and benefits but they said they could only schedule the interview. The interview was a video call where they immediately started asking questions without introductions. I mentioned I hadn't spoken to a recruiter. The hiring manager said they'd be in touch in a day or two, but I haven't heard back despite following up four times.
