First I had a remote interview with HR that went well. Then I had an interview at the company headquarters with the manager. This also went well, I even got a tour of the offices. The manager said HR would get back to me, but I never heard back despite multiple follow-ups and having made the effort to go there in person. HR ignored me and didn't reply to my messages, and the manager also didn't bother to give me a negative answer. Really bad experience, no respect for candidates who invest time and effort in a recruitment process.

The interview process involved three rounds. The first round was a call with the recruiter, where they asked good behavioral questions. The second round was with the hiring manager, and the third round was with a more senior person from the team.

This was a terrible interview experience. A recruiter contacted me about the role, and it started off pretty smoothly. The recruiter scheduled interviews with the Hiring Manager and VP with very little notice, meaning I had to take time off work. The whole process lasted two weeks, and then they asked for references. More than six weeks after my last interview, I found out the position wasn't approved by higher management. It really left a bad impression because I had told my references to expect a call, which was embarrassing. Communication was also poor. They were quick to schedule interviews but incredibly slow to make decisions. I can see why they struggle to hire good people. Don't get your hopes up with COTY!
