It was a really smooth interview process with an engaging conversation. The hiring manager was open to discussing my career goals. The interview went on for over 30 minutes and was a great experience overall. The questions weren't too difficult.

Coty's interview process is pretty engaging and designed to give you a good feel for the company and for them to get a good feel for you. It usually starts with an initial chat with HR, either on the phone or video. After that, you'll likely have one or two more interviews with people on the team or managers. They'll get into more specific stuff about the job, what skills you need, and if you'd be a good fit for the team.

Had a long interview with an assistant brand manager. They asked a mix of basic personality and industry questions. She was really nice and shared info about the company culture, office vibe, and what the company expects. However, I didn't get a lot of details about the job description or the exact duties of a marketing intern. Sadly, I never heard back from the company about whether I got the job or not, and my follow-ups got no response!
