The interview felt pretty chill, like a casual chat. Honestly, the hiring manager seemed insincere, which made it easy. They rescheduled meetings, and on the rescheduled one, I had to ask the coordinator if they were joining. I was told they'd have HR schedule the second interview, but there was no response, so I had to chase them three times for an update. The guy's camera was off the whole time, and he mostly bragged about himself (nothing too impressive, though). I might have dodged a bullet there.

Overall easy, three rounds total and no test or work sample required. HR was very organized and responsive which made the process run smoothly. Great experience and intro to the company.

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online and got a generic email saying I wasn't a good fit. A few days later, a recruitment agency contacted me for a quick phone interview, followed by a one-hour video call. During this interview, the recruiter described the company as full of 'sharks' who work constantly with little regard for personal life. I'm not sure if they were trying to put me off, but it certainly worked. I was supposed to have an interview with operations, but I declined, stating the company's values didn't align with mine and I wished to withdraw from the recruitment process.
