Had an initial screening call, then a topic-based presentation that was given a week prior, and a final interview. All of this happened over a period of 1-2 weeks. The interview included standard questions about my previous work experience and understanding of the role.

Had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then about three months later, had some second interviews with other people. They weren't really formal interviews. The SVP wasn't available, so I did a phone interview with them the next day. They gave me an offer over the phone and then sent a letter via FedEx. They did a reference check and a pre-employment drug screening. I think they might have done a credit check too.
