A regional recruiter reached out about my interest in the company and to ensure my aspirations aligned with their values. Following two phone chats with the recruiter, she arranged an in-person meeting with my potential direct supervisor and the district manager. I met with both of them at the same time about a week after the phone calls. Following that, the branch manager got in touch to discuss the brand, values, role specifics, and objectives. I received a job offer the next day.

Got a call about a month after applying online. Had a recruiter call, then a second phone interview where they asked general questions about my experience, goals, and interest in the company. They also asked if I was comfortable working alone M-Th due to payroll budget constraints. After the second interview, I had a one-on-one interview a week later, and then another one-on-one the following week. The whole process took a month of calls and one-on-ones before I was offered the position, which I accepted.

I applied for the job on Thursday evening. I got a call from HR first thing Friday morning. They said if I got through, I'd get a call on Monday to set up an interview. If not, I'd get an email. It's been three weeks and I haven't heard anything. Total ghosting.
