Group Behavioral

We had a group interview on 29/10/2024 with about 60 people. We were split into smaller groups and rotated through three different stations. It was super competitive, with only about 10 out of 60 getting hired. Doing some research on the Cotton on foundation beforehand really helped me stand out. My tip is you really need to find a way to make yourself noticed because there are so many of you! Be confident, believe in yourself, and do your homework!! YOU GOT THIS<3

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What would you do if a customer needed help with an item, but your manager had instructed you to stay at your station?
  • Can you explain how you would persuade a customer to purchase a Cotton On Foundation product?
  • Given the scenario of a child's playdate, what would be your approach?
