First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cotton On.
Sales Associate
It started with them looking at my resume, then we talked about customer service, did some role-playing, and discussed my availability. After that, we walked around the store and I chatted with the manager about the brand.
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
- Can you describe your experience in customer service?
- How would you handle a challenging customer situation?
Sales Associate
I had one interview with the regional manager, and they got back to me after a week. The interviews aren't stressful or complicated; you just need to be yourself and sell yourself, and you'll be successful. Then, if you get the job, they'll move forward with the hiring process.
- What's your approach to dealing with a challenging customer?
Sales Associate
The hiring process was pretty standard and took a normal amount of time. I applied for a general role. No offer was made. The location was easy to get to. The interview was scheduled for the afternoon, which was fine. I received a call, then the interview was scheduled and I attended it. It wasn't too different from other hiring processes I've been through.
