The interview was pretty chill, like a chat, and not stressful at all. The manager seemed nice at first and easy to talk to. It was a simple process, no extra steps. But, the friendly vibe during the interview didn't really match what the job is actually like. They didn't really explain stuff clearly about training, what's expected, or how they manage things. It felt like the interview gave a wrong idea about the workplace. My advice would be to be upfront about training and expectations. Make sure the interview shows what the job is really like so people can decide if it's a good fit.

Behavioral Group

I had a phone screening with a Hiring Manager first, then they invited me to a group interview with like 20 other people. We all started together and introduced ourselves and why we wanted to work for Cotton On Group. Then we did scenario based questions and team activities in smaller groups, and the hiring managers watched us. They sent offers by email after this.

Behavioral Other

Had 2 interviews. The first one was in person and the second one was on zoom. It was pretty easy, at least mine was because all I used was my confidence. They asked me why I wanted to work for Cotton On and to tell them a bit about myself, and what customer service looks like to me. I forgot the rest. The second interview was the same questions.

  • Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
