It was a really long process, about a month and a half total. The recruiter and hiring managers seemed more interested in trying to get me to back out of the role with tricky questions rather than asking about my actual sales experience. I had to follow up with the recruiter a few times to get any info on what was next. The whole time, I felt like my time wasn't really valued.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for both the C&B and HealthCheck360 divisions. Had a bad feeling about both places - they said they had a team atmosphere, but it seemed super competitive and cutthroat. One of the VPs was a real jerk during the interview, so definitely watch how the higher-ups treat you. It involved a phone interview, an in-person with three people, and an online assessment. I wasn't picked for the role... but then, about a week later, I got another phone interview and an offer. The whole thing felt longer than it needed to be.

Behavioral Technical Other

You go through multiple rounds of interviews with department heads, supervisors, and your direct managers. After the first day of interviews, you have to take the Wonderlic IQ Test and a DISC assessment. Then, it seems like you interview with a bunch of different people in the company to see where you'd fit best. Most of the interview is about your personality, and not much about your technical skills.
