I got contacted a day after I applied for this gig, and they called it a 20 minute meet and greet. They kept saying it wasn't an interview, and the scheduler confirmed it wouldn't be a panel. But, this 'meet and greet' ended up being 80 minutes long. The last 40 minutes were in a room with 4 people who had my resume and asked me a bunch of experience, behavioral, and situational questions. In the end, they said my experience wasn't what they were looking for. I found it tough because they really played up that it wasn't an interview and the short timeframe they first mentioned made me think I didn't need to prep. If they'd been clearer about what to expect, the questions would have been easy.

First, there's a phone screening where they'll call you to ask about yourself and your availability. Then, you come in for the in-person interview, which is split into two parts: a 30-minute chat with the main hiring manager, and then another 30-minute chat with two people who are currently working there, maybe at your level or a bit higher.

The interview was an hour long and conducted remotely since I'm currently in the Bay Area. There were four interviewers on the call, and no other candidates. They asked questions one by one, and some were quite similar and tough to answer. The interviewers were really nice and easy to talk to. They let me know the interview results and gave feedback the very next day.

I applied and heard back about 1 to 1.5 months later from the chief scribe. She called for a phone conversation to make sure we were on the same page about the job before the in-person interview (how long do you plan to work here, what are your pay expectations, hour expectations, etc) and then I went in for the in-person interview at the hospital a few days later. The room was super hard to find, btw. Be prepared to talk about your GPA.
