Sales
First a group interview, then individual, the psychometric test all in the same day. About 15 days later, the pre-employment screening. Depending on the industry and the number of vacancies, they take the time that big companies need to organize logistics.

The interview process was pretty quick. One day I dropped off my resume and they asked me if I wanted to come in the next day, and it was fast. They offered me the available position they were hiring for. If I accepted, they would give me the appointment to do the pre-employment check.

It was a group interview with three people where they evaluated my skills and performance in past jobs, looking for a role similar to my previous one. Since I'm starting from scratch, there's no trial period. Pre-employment screenings are done on the same day if you meet the fasting requirements and are located near the central office on Fragata Sarmiento.
