I had an interview with the recruiter and they liked me. I was going to have another interview, but suddenly they never responded again. They told me the manager of the sector where I was going to interview was returning from vacation and would interview me the following Monday. I sent messages to the recruiter but since I didn't hear anything, they never responded. Zero empathy.

The process was excellent, very dynamic and without any wasted time. First, an HR person interviews you, and if everything goes well, you move on to a second interview with the area managers to evaluate your skills. Then, if everything fits and you are selected, you have to go through the entire entry process with psychotechnical and physical exams, among others.

The in-person interview was short, direct, and very quick. The interviewers were very friendly and polite. They asked me about where I studied, if I had experience in the field or in something else, my commute from home, and how long it took me to get there.

Me contactaron por WhatsApp para confirmar mi asistencia. El día de la entrevista, nos dividieron en grupos de 5 y nos hicieron las mismas preguntas. Luego, solo se quedaron con los que vivían más cerca de la sucursal para preguntarles la dirección personal. Ahí terminó la entrevista para mí.
