It was a 3 stage interview process. First two were technical rounds and the last one was an HR round. They asked questions covering SDLC , SQL, Agile, Testing Methodolgies, some Behaviorial questions too, Domain related questions, and about a Critical defect found during testing and Bug process.

So there were two technical rounds and then one HR round. For manual testing, they mostly asked about testing techniques, SQL, JIRA, and Agile. For automation testing, you'd need to know Selenium, Java, BDD, and Gherkin.
