First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cotiviti.
SDM Manager
I had my interview with Cotiviti. The India head, hiring manager, and a few others spoke with me over Zoom. They then asked me to come to their office for a discussion that was scheduled for 1 hour but ended up going for 2 hours. After that, there was a 1-hour discussion with the US team, followed by an interview with the HR Head. This was followed by an offer. They seem to interview with the intention of hiring, not rejecting. Everyone I spoke with was very kind. The India head was very open about things. The whole process was really fast. Sadly, I couldn't join them even though they offered me exactly what I asked for. I really missed out.
- The interview was a comprehensive 360-degree evaluation covering microservices, design patterns, performance issues, and processes, along with people management.
Delivery Manager
Senior HR was followed by 2-3 rounds of interviews. The panel was really immature and had the worst communication skills. They seemed very unprepared and it wasn't worth my time for a senior leader position. It was a total waste of time for experienced leaders; this interview made me think about needing to choose good companies before interviewing.
- Can you give an overall overview of your background experience?
Assistant Manager
Got shortlisted based on my profile, then HR gave me a call. After that, I had an operations interview over the phone. Then, I went for a face-to-face interview at the company. We discussed salary, decided on the joining date, and they issued the offer letter.
- Can you describe your current work types and daily operations activities?
- How would you approach workplace conflicts?
- Tell me about your domain knowledge.
