First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cotiviti.
Business Analyst
I had a video call with two women, one from offshore and one from onsite. It was supposed to be an hour but was about 55 mins. After that, HR said I passed and the next round would be a BA test in a day or two. I was excited, but it turned out to be a bad experience. The HR was really unprofessional and never called or emailed back. After 3 days, I called him and he said he'd get back to me. Two weeks later, I'm still calling him and he says they're changing the test format and will get back to me in a day or two. Another two weeks passed, and I followed up. He finally told me I didn't get the job. I was relieved because the long wait was over. I'm better off not working with unprofessional people. Thanks cotiviti for the experience, I won't recommend you.
- What are some Business Analyst tools you are familiar with?
Business Systems Analyst
Applied, and after about 2 weeks I heard back from a recruiter. I passed that initial chat, and then had an interview with the hiring manager. I noticed the role had been removed from their careers page and LinkedIn before the manager interview, so I suspected they had already found their candidate. Despite this, I went ahead with the interview professionally. As I suspected, they had already hired someone and it felt like a waste of my time that they still wanted to interview me. It's frustrating when companies aren't upfront about these things. The manager also asked me about skills that weren't even mentioned in the job description, which was strange.
