Account Executive
Applied online, then a recruiter called for a quick 10-20 min phone chat. After that, they sent a personality test. It's pretty straightforward if you just keep your answers consistent since they ask similar questions in many different ways. Next, there was an in-person meeting with the VP. It was a good experience, and they really value people who are eager to make calls. There's a huge emphasis on being willing and able to call people. I'm sure there's also face-to-face client prospecting, but a lot of appointments and demos come from making calls. After that, I shadowed a sales rep for about an hour. My rep seemed pretty unhelpful, like they were just going through the motions. It was a Friday, and they were clearly coasting until they could leave (after the call block) to either see clients or head home. They answered my questions as best they could, but were extremely unhelpful in "selling me on the job."

So first, there was a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, a 1:1 interview. After that, we had a full day, Ride Day/Interview, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Finally, a panel interview with a presentation. Oh, and two assessments: a quick 10-minute one before the 1:1, and the Chally Assessment, about 45 minutes long, before step 3.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Share a time you faced and overcame a challenge.
- In what ways can your background benefit this role?
Account Executive
First, a recruiter reached out for a phone interview. Then, there was an in-person interview with the recruiter. After that, I met with my future manager and also had a ride-along day with a current rep. The last interview was a panel interview where I had to give a presentation and talk with the panel.
- Do you have student loans?
