Applied online, then a recruiter called for a quick 10-20 min phone chat. After that, they sent a personality test. It's pretty straightforward if you just keep your answers consistent since they ask similar questions in many different ways. Next, there was an in-person meeting with the VP. It was a good experience, and they really value people who are eager to make calls. There's a huge emphasis on being willing and able to call people. I'm sure there's also face-to-face client prospecting, but a lot of appointments and demos come from making calls. After that, I shadowed a sales rep for about an hour. My rep seemed pretty unhelpful, like they were just going through the motions. It was a Friday, and they were clearly coasting until they could leave (after the call block) to either see clients or head home. They answered my questions as best they could, but were extremely unhelpful in "selling me on the job."

Technical Behavioral Presentation

First, there was a phone interview, which was a really basic screen to check if I could talk and make sense. Then, I had a face-to-face chat with a recruiter where they asked me behavior-based questions about my past experiences. After that, I did a 'ride along' day with a sales rep, although my rep wasn't really prepared, so we ended up just hanging out at the office a lot. The last part was a panel interview with some executives. They had me present myself and my research on the company before asking a bunch of questions. It wasn't too hard.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, I had a phone screening with the recruiter. Then, I had an in-person meeting at one of their offices. After that, I did a full-day ride-along interview. The next step was a panel interview where I had to prepare and give a presentation based on specific questions. If you don't get an offer after all this, they just email you and don't give any feedback. During the ride-along, I noticed some red flags; it seemed like not everyone was on the same page about the interview process.

Behavioral Technical Group

I was contacted by the company after putting my resume on CareerBuilder. The hiring process took a while. First, I interviewed with a recruiter, then my potential supervisor, and then his assistant. After that, I was asked to shadow an engineer for a day so they could see if I could learn what was needed. Then, I had to take a personality test and a drug test. Finally, there was a panel interview where a group of managers asked me questions and made the final decision.
