They called you with several people, but the interview is very vague. They don't give you any information and even if they don't ask for experience, they don't tell you what they are evaluating. Personally, I don't think it's good management by HR.

I went in for an interview. I was the third person waiting. The first two guys were interviewed, finished, and had already scheduled their next interview. Then it was my turn. The manager wasn't there for the initial dual interview. Then finally, she came to conduct the interview. I sat down, and the interviewer guy asked a couple of questions. Then the manager stepped up, left, and the interview was over.
