Pharmacist
I applied online and then a clerk from the office called me to set up the interview. Be ready for a long process and needing to come in more than once. The first interview that day was with a supervisor who wasn't from the department I applied for, and they just read questions from a script. Nothing too weird or unexpected. The second interview that day was with a manager, also not from the department, and it was pretty much the same. They asked for an example of when I dealt with an angry customer, when I did extra for a customer, and how I handled a fight between coworkers. On the next, and final, visit, I talked to a manager and the supervisor of the department I wanted to work in. They asked more of the same questions, plus a few about my background and work experience. It was mostly scripted and no curveballs.

Pharmacy Technician
Applied online, and after a few weeks, they called me to set up an interview. Two people interviewed me, one of whom was the store manager. They used a paper with standard questions and asked about 10 questions in total. After the interview, they said they would definitely call back early the next week for an interview with the pharmacy manager. Weeks went by, and they never called, so I followed up. When I followed up, they were really rude. After telling me to wait, the next day I got an email saying I wasn't selected.
- How would you deal with a lazy coworker?
- What's your understanding of Costco?
- Can you share a mistake you made and how you addressed it?
