I also had time to ask my questions. They were really focused on checking my communication, how quickly I can learn, and if I'd fit into the company culture.

I was contacted by HR and set up for a 40 minute chat with the hiring manager. We started with me introducing myself and then they asked me some behavioral questions about my past team projects. After that, we talked about the duties and what they expect from someone in the role. It was a bit of a surprise, but then I had to do a live test where I had to explain why I made the data visualizations I did on a dashboard I recently created.
